Specially formulated for etching of concrete surfaces before coating application.
PREP-X is also very effective for fungus and mold removal from hard surfaces.

CONCRETE ETCHING:
Remove all grease, industrial residue, and coatings that are poorly adhered. Rinse
the surface with warm water and wipe, vacuum or squeegee residual liquids. Dilute 4
litres of PREP-X with 16 litres of warm water (1:4, for optimal dilution accuracy pour 4
litres of PREP-X in an empty 20 litre pail and fi ll with warm water). Keep the concrete
surface very wet for 15-30 minutes, and agitate with a mop, brush, or sponge. Remove
PREP-X from the surface and rinse thoroughly with hot water. Allow the concrete
surface to dry for several hours or overnight before applying coating.

FUNGUS & MOLD REMOVAL
PREP-X can be used to remove organic growth from hard surfaces. Use PREP-X in
concentrate or dilute with up to 5 parts warm water (up to 1:5). Mop, wipe or spray
onto the surface, allow to work for at least 2 minutes, scrub the wet surface, then rinse
with hot water.

Appropriate personal protective equipment would include goggles or face shield,
gloves, and suitable acid-resistant and moisture-resistant clothing.
